Management Team

Project Manager Peter Devaney uses modern management techniques to plan, monitor and oversee all aspects of a project to its successful completion. He works across all functions to ensure that client expectations of quality are met and where possible exceeded within budget. Clear client-focused objectives, communication, risk management and planning are the key ingredients of a successful project.

Business Development Manager Sarah Brosnan has 12 years experience in marketing, sales and managing clients' accounts in New Zealand and overseas. Her creative approach and proven communication skills ensure that learning solutions for clients are appropriately scoped and each project is completed smoothly.

The Resource Development Manager of e-BLS is Agata Oleksiak, who joined the company as an instructional designer in 2008. She brings a wealth of experience to her role, with MAs in Fine Arts and Education, tutoring experience in Poland and Ireland, and 11 years working internationally as a graphic designer in the very competitive publishing industry. Agata is well qualified to lead e-BLS Resource Development team and is committed to providing clients with high-quality training solutions.

Resource Development Team

Skilled writers and editors research, plan and write a variety of materials. Many of our writers are skilled educational consultants, and all are experienced in the creation of multimedia materials.

Instructional designers develop the methodology and delivery systems for presenting course and training content, following tested pedagogical theories of learning.

Talented graphic designers create visual solutions which accurately convey messages in print, electronic media, online web pages and interactive media and multimedia projects.

An in-house media team carries out filming and editing, audio recording, photo shoots and the creation of DVDs and videos.

IT support provides a range of services, including server installation, upgrades and reconfiguration. It also designs, installs and maintains routers, modems and other network devices to create a reliable infrastructure.
